I havent been updating and I probably wont. Been too busy.
Day 43
I have been sooo sick with a chest cold. I can’t stop coughing sometimes, but I think I’m actually getting over it now.
I tried to do some cardio the other day and some other exercises but I couldn’t’ keep up. My whole body is just BLEH. Being sick for a week & 1/2 is NOT Helping me get my flat tummy.
Go away sickies!!
Hopefully I’ll be back on the wagon here in the next couple days. I’ll go double time.
Day 38 & 39

The hubs and his 50# bands.
I’m sick!! Oh my god, I am sick! It’s a chest cold too so I can’t breathe and I am coughing like crazy. So I can’t do stuff.
We made Wednesday our rest day because Dave was waiting on his 50# bands! And they came today! So he’s working out.
So there he is over there working out hardcore and making grunty noises; making me feel bad that I’m not doing anything.

Day 36-
Chest, Shoulders and Triceps, Ab Ripper X
I forgot to update this too! Well did that. My triceps are fairly weak; I have a hard time doing moves that swing weights backwards. Also, I need to work on holding my elbows more stationary and in proper form.

0.9 Miles in 11.04 minutes. I was crashing from not enough calories that day too.
Day 34
I feel like I need more cardio, so I’m runnig, BUT it’s nasty and snowy out. Soooo I did Cardio X this morning, and will have normal Plyo with the hubs this evening.

Brought it, but it wasn’t enough. So I ran/walked a mile afterwards. ^^

Oh and Day 30 pictures! I think I’m looking pretty darn good from behind! For some reason I always like to kick my hip out. lol.
My mommy tummy is super resistant. It doesn’t wanna go away so easily! Oh well, more work. If I can’t get it with P90X- I might try Hip Hop Abs. I can feel my abs really taut beneath the tummy though! Like down where my hands are, it’s very flat.
Also, why does my face always look crazy pale?! Lol.
Day 31/32.
Day 31-
I have a horrible head cold, and I think it’s turning into a sinus infection. Luckily I have a doctors appoint scheduled for Friday in case it doesn’t go away by then, I can get something for it.
So needless to say, I slept through my workout.
Day 32-
Today! I went for a walk/run with CR. Pushed the stroller to the mailbox. It’s 0.9 of a mile. So close enough! I took a run, and tonight we are supposed to do some weight training, but this sinus pressure headache is killing me. Bending over gives me a head rush, I’m suprised I could run.
I may or may not do some of the workout tonight.
Best part about my run- it started snowing as soon as we got back inside. It was getting pretty cold too. CR was all bundled up and my ears were freezing! I need ear muffs. lol. She still loved it of course, especially running over the speed bumps.

So today was 30, or so I think. Hubs wanted to take his 30 day photos. So I think I’m off on my days or not counting rest days. Opps.
SOOOO I’ll just start at 30?
I couldn’t do all of my workout today. I was in the ER last night for misscarriage business, and had to take vicodin from the cramping of passing tissue last night. I’m also fighting a headcold! Oh my!
So I only did about 50% today. I had to stop because I was cramping. So no Ab Ripper. We did: Chest, Shoulders and Triceps.
